zs77 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website accessible at zs77.bid, including all sub-pages, services, games, features, and functionalities made available thereon.
• "zs77" refers to the operator of the Platform and all associated brand assets, services, and intellectual property.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on the Platform, associated with a unique identifier (mobile number or email address) and password.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player in PKR and available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account as part of a zs77 promotion, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and payment verification process required by zs77 for account security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary operating currency of the zs77 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of eligible bets required to be placed before bonus-associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.

To be eligible to create and maintain a zs77 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age;
2. You are using the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of zs77 or any of its affiliate or partner companies;
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by zs77 for a breach of these Terms;
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
7. The funds you use to deposit on the Platform are not derived from any illegal or unlawful source.

zs77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their personal use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

3.1 Registration

To use the real-money features of the zs77 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active zs77 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zs77 employs technical and manual measures to detect multiple account holders. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any remaining balances, including winnings derived from bonus funds, will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity occurring on your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify zs77 support immediately at [email protected]. zs77 will never request your password via any communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to zs77 immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

zs77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a valid government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on the zs77 Platform are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of deposit). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. zs77 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the zs77 support team for documented reasons. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is specified in the Platform's Cashier section. zs77 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 5–30 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours. zs77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawals that exceed standard transaction thresholds.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible for withdrawal, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete);
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be met;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real Money Balance;
• The Player's account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or security flags;
• The withdrawal is being made to a verified payment method in the Player's own name.

zs77 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the Player's zs77 balance where the above conditions are not satisfied. Players will be notified of the reason for any reversal.

zs77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including (but not limited to) Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback Offers, and VIP Programme rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers at zs77 unless specific offer terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are available to Players aged 21 and above only;
• Welcome Bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only — one Welcome Bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method;
• Bonus funds are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they contribute to withdrawable Real Money Balance;
• The default wagering requirement for Welcome Bonuses is twenty times (20×) the sum of the deposit plus the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and specific table games may have reduced contribution rates (typically 10%–20%). Slots generally contribute 100%. The game contribution table is available in the Platform's Promotions section;
• zs77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to not prejudicing bonuses already in progress;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or any form of bonus abuse will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

All games offered on the zs77 Platform — including slot games, live dealer table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated using independently audited systems. Slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are facilitated by professional studios with verifiable dealer procedures.

zs77 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles and standard house edge information for table games. These figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, incomplete bet, or interrupted connection during a live game round, zs77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Where winnings have already been recorded prior to a confirmed malfunction, those winnings may be subject to review. zs77's decision in such cases is final.

Sports betting markets at zs77 are subject to separate sportsbook rules, including void markets, postponed event handling, and settlement dispute procedures. These are available in the Platform's Sportsbook Rules section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs77 Platform:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or payment information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or credentials to access the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit games;
• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage in poker rooms or live dealer games;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including structuring deposits or bets to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal or unlawful activities (money laundering);
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes for bets that were legitimately placed and settled;
• Placing bets as an agent for another person or on behalf of a business entity;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions (e.g., reopening a self-excluded account via a new registration);
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with zs77 support staff.

zs77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible within your account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be decreased with immediate effect; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automated alerts reminding you of time spent in active play sessions. These reminders can be configured in 30-minute intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a self-selected period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled early once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your zs77 account. Self-exclusion is a serious and irrevocable step — your account will be closed and you will be prevented from registering a new account for a minimum of 12 months. zs77 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them within 24 hours of receiving a written request via [email protected].
• Reality Checks: Optional on-screen notifications during gameplay reminding you of total time elapsed and net session result.

No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of zs77. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs77 and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; inability to access the Platform due to network, server, or maintenance downtime; or any decisions made in reliance upon information displayed on the Platform.

zs77's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's verified Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence by zs77.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zs77 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, or the accuracy or completeness of game information, odds, or promotional materials displayed on the Platform.

zs77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will never be sold to unaffiliated third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by zs77, subject to our legal data retention obligations. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting zs77 support. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
